Today we are going on a day trip to the Kutaisi region. The day will be rich with emotions and impressions and time will fly fast! Today we will see - Sataplia stalagnite caves, take a boat trip in  Martvili canyon and see one of the most beautiful churches in Georgia - Gelati!

Martvili canyons used to be a bath place for Dadiani family. Now people visit it to enjoy the scenery, its waterfalls and take a boat trip in the river with deep green color. 

The Sataplia Nature Reserve is named after the nearby Sataplia Mountain. Its name translates to “place of honey.” Sataplia Nature Reserve is located 6 kilometers North-West of Kutaisi. Here you can find preserved dinosaur footprints and a beautiful cave complex featuring numerous stalactites and stalagmites. Within the area of the reserve there is a museum and a glass walkway overlooking breathtaking natural scenery.

Gelati monastery complex - Visit one of the most important monasteries in all Georgia, UNESCO protected Gelati, which was not only monaster, but also an important Medieval scientific center.
